The Setu Hotels & Resorts

1. Room was not ready - had to wait for an hour to get the room. 2. Limited menu items for dinner. Even then all the items are not available. 3. Breakfast menu - no options. Fixed single item for each day. No options - Take it or leave it. Also served late even though the time mentioned was 8.00 am, it served late. 4. Bathroom shower and soap stand rusted. Liquid soap container filled with water. 5. Main entrance shutter is locked at night. Cannot go out in the morning for walk or run. 6. Tea was Rs 50/- served in a cracked cup. When I asked to change the cup, there was no cup available. 7. There is no intercom in the room. For everything you need to call from the mobile. 8. There was no hanger in the cupboard. 9. No other additional facilities like dental kit, slippers 10. Tv is there but not working

Not really for family but yeah you can stay for budget trip and just note that you will have to be behind the hotel staff to assist you with anything

room is quite good no doubt, but services and facility? very poor then u go oyo for 800 per day, I am here booked delux room for 2100 per day, can u imagine? now see the fact, room is big with chair good, tv? a locality? no disposal slippers? no astray? no bathing soap? no room freshness? no good house keeping? what else wee need? 2100 per day? waste of money for this hotel, giving 1 star only. please save money but don't come here, don't know who giving them a star rating, may be fake they are who is giving good rating. rest u come n see the fact
