I had a truly wonderful stay! The room service was prompt,polite and professional every request was handled with care and a smile. The room was always spotless and well- stocked making my stay super comfortable And the food? Absolutely delightful from breakfast to dinner each meal was flavorful,fresh and beautiful presented the in room dining service made it all the more relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and satisfying experience

Located in the heart of Faridabad, Rolex grand is the perfect hotel for lodging. The rooms are spacious, there are options to choose a suite which is very big and can fit a decent number of people considering a family getaway or a room to hang out for a staycation with friends. The staff is polite, helpful and provides quick service if in case we need anything from them. The management is friendly and helpful as well. I stayed at this hotel for a wedding and the food, room service, washroom and common area for functions everything was amazing. However, since the hotel was still under construction for a very small section and hence the AC for a few rooms did not function well but at the same time the hotel management provided us with an additional room and called for AC repair service’s asap. Overall a good experience during my stay here.

The hotel staff was very polite, cooperative, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All the facilities provided by the hotel were excellent and met our expectations. The location of the hotel is perfect, making it very convenient to travel and explore nearby places. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience. Highly recommended.
