Reality in Reel

I have got my brother's wedding and pre wedding covered from Reality in Reel and I am short of words, how commendable their work is. There eye to detail is just awesome. The moments which we missed seeing in the wedding, they have beautifully captured those and on top of everything, they have a tremendous song selection, every line of the song seems like it is made for that couple only. Recommend them to everyone

One of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences we have ever had. We booked them for our pre-wedding shoot and it turned out to be a huge mistake. The photos were extremely average with zero creativity. Anyone with a basic camera could probably do the same job. It took them almost 4 months just to deliver the reels, which is ridiculous. Even after repeatedly asking them to edit the main video according to our requirements, they completely ignored our requests and never fixed it. The worst part was their lack of respect for our privacy. They posted our video on YouTube and Instagram without our consent, even after I clearly told them not to post it. Despite providing such poor service, they took the full payment of pre wedding, didn’t deliver the raw data and videos. And then unbelievably asked us to cancel the wedding and other functions just one week before the wedding. On top of that, they had very unpleasant arguments with my husband, which shows how unprofessional their behavior is. If you want photographers who are careless, disrespectful, and unprofessional, then this is the place. Otherwise, save yourself the stress and look somewhere else.

Although photos and rest all things are good , good work, except the above thing
