She patiently worked with us to include every little detail, creating a moodboard that perfectly captured our ideas and set the color scheme for our wedding. Coordinating a wedding with family and parents in different countries was challenging. With the wedding taking place in India and dealing with multiple time zones, OYE was a huge help in setting up calls and coordinating with vendors in Chennai. Akila and Sujitha kept everything on track by organizing meetings, taking notes, and following up on all our discussions. A big shout out goes to Ruthra from the on-ground coordination team. We knew we could count on her to handle every detail, and she made sure everything was done right and on time. When minor issues popped up as the event approached, Ruthra took care of them quickly and efficiently.
