Memorytrails were quite professional when it come to wedding photography. They were punctual also we got our printed album on time. Thanks memorytrailsphotography for capturing beautiful memories for us.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with memory shooter photographer (Karan) services. We hired them for our wedding photography and videography, but unfortunately, they have failed to deliver the photos and videos despite it being 1& half year since the wedding. The communication has been non-existent, and every time we try to reach out, they make excuses or promise to deliver soon. It's unacceptable that they took our money and didn't fulfill their end of the contract. Their lack of professionalism and responsibility has caused us a lot of stress and emotional distress. We're still waiting for our precious memories, and it's disheartening to see them being taken so lightly. I would not recommend to anyone. If you're considering hiring them, be cautious and do your research thoroughly. There are plenty of other talented and reliable photographers out there who would do justice to your special day.
